I am an Information Technology Instructor at Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. These are some of my Articulate learning module projects.

Articulate can be used to create customized online learning modules that can be deployed in a variety of settings.

Interactive Learning Modules

Continue the On Course Conversation

I use this module for all of my classes to remind students of the On Course principle of student responsibility that they learned about in Achieving College Success. This short module helps keep that conversation going.

Customer Service and Support

This is used in my IT Technical Support class to provide an in depth introduction to the concepts of Customer Service and Support. This was modified from a in person curriculum WNCC purchased to provide business training, which also included Articulate versions of each course.
